Design the testable system
Complete initial thermal and water models, define prototype scope, assess site and permitting requirements, select research collaborators, and prepare grant applications.
INVESTORS
American Dream.si is seeking aligned capital and strategic partners for a staged infrastructure development program.
PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT ROUND
$50MA proposed USD $50 million raise targeting a functioning prototype, integrated studies, and a final engineering and development plan within 12 months of funding close.

The immediate program targets a representative pilot-scale prototype, independent performance studies, and a final plan for commercial development. We are also seeking government grants to support eligible research, demonstration, and workforce activities. Grants are complementary funding opportunities, not confirmed awards or assumed cash in the base budget.

CAPITAL WITH A CLEAR PURPOSE
Proposed planning allocation totaling USD $50 million. Not supplier quotations. Government grants are being sought in parallel; no grant proceeds are included in this base allocation.
AN ACCELERATED 12-MONTH TARGET
Complete initial thermal and water models, define prototype scope, assess site and permitting requirements, select research collaborators, and prepare grant applications.
Advance detailed design, conduct component and materials tests, secure required approvals, and procure long-lead prototype equipment.
Target assembly and commissioning of a representative pilot-scale cooling, solar thermal, and desalination system with an instrumented steam-transport test section.
Target functioning prototype trials, independent performance and environmental studies, and a final engineering, commercial, and phased deployment plan.
Target schedule from funding close, not a guaranteed completion date. The prototype is a pilot, not a full 100–250 MW data center or a completed coast-to-Salton-Sea corridor. Commercial deployment follows validated results, approvals, contracts, and further financing.
This is a development-stage proposal. No operating facility, secured project site, verified net power output, or verified net carbon savings is represented. Water economics and steam corridor feasibility remain material diligence questions. This page invites a conversation; it is not an offer to sell securities or a promise of returns.
